Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for choosing Balluminate for your event! Our Policy is to provide great customer services and make your events vibrant. We are available to provide our services for pickup and delivery (installation). We have a radius we work in so please contact us for more details. For booking with us: we provide online, email, and over the phone bookings. For online booking, we can discuss details with you over a Microsoft virtual meeting. - No major changes (changing colors, redesigning full decor, adding another major decoration, etc..) can be made to client's arrangements a DAY BEFORE booking date. When you book with us: - We don't do last minute events (unless told otherwise). The Earlier The Better! - We don't provide HELIUM balloon services. We use air machines for our arrangements. - We can use balloons our clients provide for us (outside balloons). All you will be charged for is the inflation per balloon. Overwise, we provide everything! (We are not responsible for the quality of balloons give to us to use.) - After our balloon artists finish your booking service, we are not responsible for damages to balloons or final products once our artists leave. Faulty products can be discussed over email or phone call. Photos/evidence must be provided (either by artists or clients) - When doing installations, artists need to have a clean large space to work in (depending on arrangements) and an outlet for equipment. We mount our arrangements on walls unless provided with a frame. Safey for Balloon Artist We want our artists to feel safe when coming to install our client's decorations. We ask to provide a safe environment for everyone involved in the service. If for any reason our artists don't feel comfortable or safe working in the area provide, they are able to leave and inform us of any concerns. This would be discussed over with Balluminate and the client involved. Investigations can be conducted if required.
